ETL and Automation Engineer

We’re a fast-growing alternative data company building the future of data-driven intelligence. Our clients access unique, high-quality data through a modern web platform and direct S3 integrations.

We are looking for an ETL & Automation Engineer to help design, build and improve data pipelines and internal automation workflows. You'll work closely with data scientists, supporting them with reliable tools, integrations, and lightweight internal applications.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and automation workflows
• Improve existing processes for efficiency and scalability
• Build integrations with tools like Asana, Slack, AWS, and internal APIs
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists to refine data workflows
• Use AWS services for deployments and automations (nice to have)

Requirements
• Comfortable working with Python
• Some experience building ETL workflows or automation scripts
• Experience with Docker
• Comfortable with Git and GitHub
• Basic familiarity with AWS services
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and documentation

Nice to Have
• Exposure to ML workflows or MLOps concepts
• Experience with Python-based UI frameworks such as Streamlit
