Junior Compliance Officer
Join us as Junior Compliance Officer guiding hedge fund clients on data provenance, MNPI/PII, and vendor due diligence — clear answers, trusted support, remote in Eastern US.
Working closely with the US revenue team and focusing on the support of hedge fund clients from a compliance perspective , the Junior Compliance Officer will be the the go-to individual for internal teams and clients to answer questions around data provenance, MNPI and PII risk, and vendor due-diligence processes.
Key responsibilities:
• First-line responses to hedge fund DDQs, onboarding questionnaires, and RFPs
• Supporting US sales with compliance explanations and client reassurance
• Preparing and maintaining standard materials on MNPI / PII safeguards and data provenance
• Acting as a compliance point of contact for US-based clients
• Escalating novel or higher-risk issues internally as needed
Ideal background:
• 1–3 years’ experience in compliance, legal, or a regulated financial services environment
• Familiarity with hedge fund / asset manager compliance expectations strongly preferred
• Strong written communication and client-facing confidence
Location: Eastern US time zone but remote within that region.
Base Salary: The range for this position is a base salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of the chosen candidates education, industry experience, training, knowledge and skills in alignment with market data and other factors.
